Understanding the Adults in Organizational Sustainability

Adult age is often a reason to avoid life's problems. Maturity becomes self-shield to try to exist in debate and discussion. The goal is not to seek the truth but to seek fame. 1. Adults have more personality

2. Adults are onion skin
